In June last year we shared a post about Jenny Matheson getting into the finals of a business accelerator ‘Power Up Ideas’. Her idea was plant-based icecream called ‘Kinda’ — kinda like ice cream.
Jenny’s now teamed up with food technologist Mrinali Kumar, and the product is coming to market this summer. Not only is the ‘kinda’ icecream plant-based (cauliflower, to be exact), the pair are using caulis that would otherwise go to waste. Give it a try this summer!
