Look out for the Clan Matheson New Zealand tent
Clan Matheson will be represented at two events in Auckland held to mark Tartan Day.
Bring the family, enjoy the music and dance, and celebrate Scotland heritage at the Auckland Museum’s family-friendly cultural day on Saturday 27 June from 10 am to 2 pm. Details here.
Kirkin’ o’ the tartan at St Andrew’s First Presbyterian Church in Symonds Street, on Sunday 28 June at 10 am. This is the oldest Presbyterian church in Auckland and the building has stood on its present site since 1850. Imagine what Auckland looked like then!

International Clan Matheson gathering
After a really successful international Clan Matheson gathering in 2024, plans are being made for another gathering in Scotland in July 2030. You’ll be able to meet the Chief of Clan Matheson, Sir Alexander Matheson, and other Mathesons from all around the world.
