Kinda ice cream

We’ve previously featured Jenni Matheson and her ‘kinda’ ice cream, made without the help of cows. Now her plant-based product is about to be launched nationwide on the menu of Hell Pizza, so you’ll be able to try it out.
It’s taken two years for Jenni to move from small-scale batches to making 600 litres at a time. What a great achievement.
